What I do and How
Being an integrative counsellor means that I tailor the theories and support according to the needs of each
individual. Everyone is unique and its important to me to find the right way for us to work together.

Compassionate Counselling
Building a good relationship with each client is a really vital part of the process. I strive to understand what life is like for you so that I can be the best ssupport that I can.

Integrative Approaches
Person centered therapy is my primary approach but I can also bring in elements of CBT where appropriate. Sometimes a more psychodynamic method is helpful and I often find compassionate and mindfulness based work very supportive for many clients.

Walk and Talk Therapy
A unique approach that takes therapy outdoors, promoting mental and physical well-being. I am currently receiving training and will be able to offer this soon.

Flexible Options
Sessions last for 50 minutes and ideally weekly. Some clients like to work with me for a mixed number of sessions whereas others may prefer a longer term option.
